Barrier Analysis and EEA12 Form:

We will meticulously compile the findings into a comprehensive EEA 12 Barrier Analysis Report, as mandated by the Employment Equity Act for compliance. This report will present the data in a structured and actionable format, empowering you with valuable insights into their employment equity landscape while aligning with the Act's compliance requirements.

EEA13 Plan:

EEA13 Plan: We will equip you with an accessible template to facilitate the data collection necessary for the completion of the Employment Equity Plan and the EEA13 document. This data will also serve as the foundation for the reporting documents (EEA2, EEA4 and EEA10). Throughout this collaborative process, we will engage in meaningful consultations with you to collectively establish numerical targets over a 5-year plan. This collaborative approach ensures alignment with your specific goals and objectives, enhancing the plan's effectiveness in fostering employment equity within your organization.

EEA2 (Employment Equity Report) and EEA4 (Income Differentials Statement):

The data collected will be expertly used to create the EEA2 and EEA4 forms, which we will submit on behalf of your organization through the online submission platform to the Department of Labour (DoL) by the prescribed deadline of the 15th of January. We consistently aim to complete our submissions by the 15th of December, providing our clients with peace of mind and eliminating the need to rush to meet deadlines in January.
